What's covered on the Certificate-level courses ?
  • Using our revision notes, the trainer will take you through the key areas of the exam, with a simple step-by-step approach to each section
  • You'll be given essential tips on exam technique and how to maximize your marks
  • To reinforce your understanding as you go along, multi-choice and single-answer questions will be shown on powerpoint
  • Once each section has been covered, a paper-based multi-choice question test is completed so you can measure your progress - the trainer will provide full feedback on the questions
  • Once a full unit has been covered, it's time for a mock exam paper ! The trainer will be there to give you full feedback
  • External courses are run at our hotel-based training centres - the normal running time is 09.30am to approximately 16.45pm
  • After the course, a course completion certificate is provided for you.

Advanced CeMAP®

To complete the Advanced CeMAP® qualification, you will also need to have attained your basic CeMAP® qualification.

The Advanced CeMAP® qualification comprises three examinations, one of which must be the Certificate in Regulated Customer Care - CeRCC®.*

For the other two exams, you can choose from the bands, as follows:
  • Two from A or
  • One from A + One from B
