PayPal our chosen provider for payments uses the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available)

Check the version number and a cipher strength (encryption rate). If your cipher strength is less than 128-bit, click the Update Information link and you will be redirected to the Microsoft Support site to upgrade your browser. )
